How Far We've Come...

SuccessVantage began in a small shophouse near Chinatown, sharing office space with a sister company. With only a handful of staff and a seemingly impossible dream, we persevered. Through hard work, a great focus on delivering great products, and successful ventures with our partners, we've been able to grow quickly to the point that we had to move to a brand spanking new office to accommodate our current 19-man operation.

And Still Going Strong.

Our journey began back in 2005 with limited resources, but with the burning passion to make a positive impact upon the world. Since then, we've grown at a phenomenal rate, doubling our staff and revenue every year. While we (and our goals) have grown significantly larger since our humble beginnings, our true purpose remains the same: Help change the world, one life at a time.

  • The non-corporate culture in this company is one of the main reasons why I enjoy working here. The work environment is young and vibrant. Everyone can communicate with each other freely and easily. I also like that everyone is a team player and we work together to get things done. Casual attire for work is also a plus point.

  • What's great about being at SuccessVantage is that it doesn't feel like I'm part of a company, but rather, a family. No boring suits. No ties. No corporate BS. Everyone shows up to work like they're getting ready to just hang out with friends and have a fun time. And for the most part, it IS fun. Sure we get busy most days but pretty much everyone makes a point to have fun. Whether it's joking around, playing board games, or even just catching up on the latest TV shows, our lunch hours are pretty much the highlight of the day.

  • I enjoy working in this company as I am able to use my skills and knowledge as well as push myself in areas that I am unsure of myself. I also have the freedom to think outside the box and have all thoughts considered. Also, the perfect blend of culture.
